Tuition for the full-time candidates is $94 per credit hour or $14,995 for the complete 160-hour Bankruptcy Certification Program. EXECUTIVE PROGRAM: The executive program is an intensive one-on-one program consisting of individual training offered to only one candidate at a time---you. That’s right! Class size is one candidate with a teacher to candidate ratio of 1:1. The executive program offers more focused and more intensive training because of the unique class size. A mentoring relationship is anticipated. No other program offers individual training like that from a bankruptcy attorney with almost 24 years of practice! The executive program is offered only to a full-time student. TRAINING IS DEMANDING AND INTERACTIVE ROLE-PLAYING IS REQUIRED. Tuition for the Executive Program is $125 per credit hour or $19,995 for the complete 160-hour program. Executive Program candidates are not eligible for the $5,000 scholarship.

REQUIRED CLASSES: In order to receive the Bankruptcy Certification, a candidate must attend class and actively participate in discussions and interactive role-playing. Practicing what you are taught is essential to earning the certification. All classes meet for 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday with breaks throughout the day. A lunch break is also included. The Bankruptcy Certification is only awarded to candidates who take all of the required courses listed below:
